Bassam Gorgis is President & CEO of Tuscanny Builders, LLC, a New York based international contracting and development company. He was fascinated with real estate at a very early age. Walking through the city of New York, he was always charmed by the high-rises and their magnificent personalities. He wanted to invest at an early stage. Along with friends, Bassam applied for a bank loan and, at the age of 19, bought his first rehab property in the city of Brooklyn on Kings Highway. With his friends, he renovated the property and put it on the market and immediately attracted a married couple who became his first buyers. Since then, Mr. Gorgis has purchased, renovated, and sold numerous properties. However, he wanted more. The properties he renovated did not have the proper elements in which he envisioned. Soon after, he began building and constructing his dream.
